Cognitive and Achievement Assessment
Cognitive and achievement tests help identify your child’s intellectual strengths and challenges and current level of academic achievement. It helps one understand why the child may be having learning difficulties and also ascertain the presence of learning challenges, such as dyslexia, dyscalculia and dysgraphia. These findings help inform a support plan for learning, and cultivates self-confidence by growing an understanding of natural strengths and challenges.

Talk Therapy
Talk therapy is most suited to adolescents and adults. It is typically a combination of developing self understanding, and improving your ability to function in daily life. Talk therapy can be goal-directed and solution-focused (such as treating OCD or insomnia), or it can take the form of long term therapy to process complex trauma, or to support you through long-standing emotional challenges.
-
Art Therapy
Suitable for all ages, art therapy assists clients who struggle to find the words to express and process complex feelings and experiences. It can also have the added benefit of exploring our emotional word through less of a cognitive/intellectual lens, and offer more spontaneous self exploration. No artistic skill is necessary to take part in art therapy.
-
Play Therapy
Play is the natural language of the child. It not only allows them a familiar language to process difficult experiences with the support of a guiding therapist, but it also allows them to learn about themselves, to develop social emotional skills, and to build their self concept. It cultivates a safe space for kids who struggle with big changes in their environment and family life.
